Take back the reins

Allendale is pleased to have been appointed to run "Take back the reins". "Take back the reins" is supported by the British Equestrian Federation as part of the equestrian legacy programme and comprises a series of riding lessons designed to support your first steps in order to get into the saddle or get back into the saddle. The lessons will help you develop your skills so that you can ride out in the open countryside, improve your fitness, and progress within the sport but most importantly make sure that you have fun along the way. The next course will start on Thursday 14th March 2013 and runs for 7 sessions on the following dates namely, 21st March, 28th March, 18th April, 25th April 2nd May and 9th May. Cost of lessons (one hour) is ?20 including hard hat hire. Complementary tea and coffee will be available after the classes. Intermediate/advanced riders will be at 11.30 am and beginners at 2 pm. Prior to commencing the course, riders will be required to have an induction and lunge lesson (one to one 30 minute session) at a cost of ?26. This can be arranged at any convenient time.
